Leadership Structure of Legacy Church

Provide spiritual oversight and accountability for the lead pastor.

• The Board of Overseers is made up of nationally respected pastors and leaders that believe and support Legacy Church.
• The Board of Overseers will act on behalf of the Board of Trustees and Board of Elders until those roles are established.

Govern the spiritual direction of the church.

• The Board of Elders will be established in the future as the church progresses.
• The Board of Elders will be made of local members of Legacy Church.
• Elders will include full-time staff and volunteer staff.
• They will meet the qualifications of an elder in Titus 1 and 1 Timothy 3.
• They will work together with the Lead Pastor to determine the direction of the church.

Govern and bring accountability to the finances of the church.

• The Board of Trustees will be established in the future as the church progresses.
• The Board of Trustees will be made of local members of Legacy Church.
• Trustees will be mostly volunteer leaders who are business-minded.
• They will conduct a yearly independent audit of the finances.
• They will vote on any major financial obligation (loans/leases).
